The nice part of blue genetics is the ability to hatch 3 colors from the same birds: blue, black and splash. The breakdown is 50% blue, 25% black and 25%splash. 

I've hatched out all three colors from this group and been super happy with them. 

Shipping to the US only. Shipping cost is included in the price. We ship Mon thru Thurs. All orders are shipped priority mail. 

We do not use foam shippers for our hatching eggs, we have received eggs in foam shippers and they often have at least 1 or 2 eggs with micro cracks. All eggs are individually wrapped and double boxed. In your box with your eggs will be an NPIP certificate, a guide on best hatching practices( what works for us). A heat pack will be included in winter and a cool pack in summer. 

Hatching egg policy: We do not guarantee hatch rates, too many factors affect shipped hatching eggs from the handling of the box from USPS to the room your incubator is in (temp and humidity) to the incubator itself. 

We recommend local pickup of eggs but happily ship. By purchasing you are acknowledging the hatch rate disclaimer.

Payments: There is a pay at pick up option for local pickups, when you checkout. We will leave that option up for now. If we start having a problem with no shows then we will have to take it down. All payments on this site go thru PayPal for product protection. We do pick ups here, for our own protection as our property is camera protected. People saying they didn't get birds that were picked up in person and getting refunded on PayPal have caused us to make that decision. 

Hatching eggs orders: your order may be ready today or 6 weeks from now, it depends on how many orders are in front of you. Once we receive your order we will contact you and let you know what number you are in line. As of 3/3 we are caught up on duccle hatching egg orders. 

Live Chick pre-Orders: we hatch monthly and most chick orders go out the first 2 weeks of the next month. As with hatching egg orders we will contact you after your purchase and let you know what number you are in the chick pre-order line. Hatching chicks orders go fast and are in limited quantities. By pre-ordering we know how many eggs to put in the incubator to fill orders and guarantee you your feather babies. 

All chicks are pre-orders, there is such a high demand for chicks and hatching eggs this year, even us small scale people have wailists into the summer. Pre-ordering allows you to purchase ahead of a hatch.
